My redmi note 9 pro with 720g processor it self struggling day to day tasks..imagine 460 performance..but it depends on how deeply manufacturers optimised os relatively like apple and samsung..

Processor will be worst part in it… u will die opening apps

On paper this looks very much decent proportion to me. SD460 finally have Cortex A73 cores (and that too 4 of them) and drastically improved GPU Adreno 610 (first time 600 series for SD400 series). This looks legitimate alternative to Nokia, Redmi and Realme offerings of Mediatek counterparts in this 10k range.
