Poco India tweeted yesterday on the launch of its 1st 5G smartphone in India. Recently, they launched this phone globally. It's called the Poco M3 Pro 5G which is the successor to the Poco M3. According to IDC India Monthly Smartphone Tracker, Poco M3 was the no.1 selling smartphone in February 2021 on online channels. Thus, expectations from this Poco 5G mobile will be high. Poco haven’t revealed the specs & features of its M3 Pro 5G yet, but considering the global model the below given expected ones can be true.

Both are exactly same specs wise, except the front camera. The Poco has 8MP while Realme has 16MP.
But the main attraction here is 5G….And this time market goes up for the mobile segment….
So it’s not a surprise when you see price of 14K(13999) and 16K (15999)…

All depends on how cellular operators price 5g n d coverage when it arrives. If the plans r decently priced we will see 4g phones getting phased out at half their current prices and 5g ones at current 4g phone prices.
4g phones with similar specs r at 8.5k to 9.5k.. a 2k to 3k premium for d 5g dimensity 700 seems appropriate.
