Swiggy co-branded Credit Card coming soon?

Swiggy may soon come with its own credit card for its food loving users. However, it will be co-branded with a bank to bring out the best from a credit card. Just like Amazon, Flipkart, Ola, and others.

ICICI Bank seems to be the best choice for co-branding since Swiggy Money is powered by it. If not then Axis Bank will be the next best option.

The Swiggy ICICI Bank credit card (expected) will work across Food Delivery, Instamart, Genie, and DineOut (Swiggy Diners). It will possibly come with exciting launch offers to allure customers. You might even get complimentary Swiggy One membership!

In 2020, Zomato came up with its co-branded credit card with RBL Bank and Mastercard. It offered good benefits in the start, but slowly got lost amid Covid-19 and Lockdown in India. Besides, Swiggy and Zomato have started Dine-in Programs!

Swiggy is also going to launch its upgraded One membership in a few days time. Thus, it came with an offer to buy or renew the One subscription at the same price before they rise. It is highly possible that this co-branded credit card launches alongside with some complimentary membership offers.

It will be interesting to see if the Swiggy audience picks up this co-branded credit card or not because many ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ apps (Simpl, Slice, LazyPay, OlaMoney Postpaid, etc.) have grown in popularity.

A special thanks to our Dimer luciferous for bringing this Swiggy Credit Card news first up! You can also join some interesting discussions here.
