Recently, RBI proposed NPCI to increase the UPI Transaction Limit from ₹ 2 Lakhs to ₹ 5 Lakhs for retail direct scheme (RDS) and initial public offering (IPO) applications. This is due to the increasing popularity of UPI payments in India among various sectors. Thus, you need to have an idea of various UPI Transaction Limits by Banks, NPCI and PSP Apps in 2023 to avoid transaction failures, account block issues, and any other inconveniences.
RBI also announced a framework for Offline Digital Payments without Internet and Telecom Connectivity on 3rd Jan 2022.

UPI Transaction Limits by PSP Apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc) per Day in 2023
PSP Apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay, and many others have a UPI Transaction Limit of ₹1,00,000 per day. Also, maximum 10 transactions are allowed in a day. Which Bank offers the maximum number of transactions? Have to make a lot of daily P2P UPI transactions, and using different accounts are making accounting difficult.

Contact any payment gateway companies or any Fintech companies, you will get unlimited times UPI payout service.
Edit – few example:
RazorPay: Start making payouts by entering payee’s account details or UPI handle in minutes.

I am on GPay, Amazon Pay, PayTM, Mobikwik, Freecharge, PayZapp, ICICI Pockets,etc… but my OD account UPI only works on SBI Yono Lite as it is OTP based there and not PIN and SBI offers lowest rate on OD based Home Loan… anyway thanks for suggestion…

OD is different type of account.
In fact, UPI charge 1.5% from merchant on OD account UPI payment.
I am talking about SBI saving account UPI transaction. You can transfer more than 5k on SBI saving account.
