Recently, RBI proposed NPCI to increase the UPI Transaction Limit from ₹ 2 Lakhs to ₹ 5 Lakhs for retail direct scheme (RDS) and initial public offering (IPO) applications. This is due to the increasing popularity of UPI payments in India among various sectors. Thus, you need to have an idea of various UPI Transaction Limits by Banks, NPCI and PSP Apps in 2023 to avoid transaction failures, account block issues, and any other inconveniences.

Hey @FighterMan . Great compilation. I would like to suggest a change. For Bank of India’s Single Transaction, I just checked and 1L can be done in Single Transaction.
Idfc first has this weird restrictions of 25k at one go pertaining to transferring to zerodha by UPI id linked to idfc first bank. Complained several times even toanger of the branch but no replies. The same is not applicable when applying for ipo upto 2 lakhs.
See icici upi restricted to 2000… Tried using phonepe and gpay… Any suggestions to change this are welcome
You can’t request for more than 2000 via Upi. It’s applicable on all banks. This is done to reduce upi frauds.

Its Maximum Amount Per Day is 40,000Rs and

SBI allows only 5K per day and max per transaction from Yono Lite… it’s own app…
Try GooglePay and save your UPI ID @ okSBI
You can send more than 10k+, transaction limit also depend on your saving account type.
