I booked a ticket and I had to cancel the ticket from Delhi to Atrauli but I got the ticket from Delhi to Atrauli and I talked to the customer care executive to cancel it and they said that now your ticket cannot be canceled and you will not get any refund as per the ticket attestation, some amount of my ticket should be refunded

It was on 23 dec 2024 severe cold in haridwat i was waiting for my bus booked via Abhibus to Noida 

bus came but it left without picking 

Driver denied entry 

Later on it was because of the wrong ticket information given to me i was denied entry to the bus 

Customer care put me on hold for one hour 

I have the recordings

I booked for a ac bus but I got non ac bus and customer care tell that I was wrong booked 

I saw garuda plus bus but I got super luxury ticket

But they took ac bus ticket price for non ac bus

Failure app not able to control cheating bus operators I have taken but tickets wourth of 12800 Rs for 6 tickets in ISRTC for each ticket they have changed me around 1850 Rs each looks like no maintenance I doubt about the fitness also. And when book ticket bus and operators name is different. This app doesn't care about passenger safety ticket details AW5765608625

I have booked ticket using this cheating website. Actually bus has to reach boarding point 23:55 but 3:00am bus has not reached yet. If I tried to contact the bus helpline number their mobile siwtched off. I tried abhibus they are saying you have to wait. Worst experience. Don't use this cheating website. Full night time waste 4000 loss additionally mental tension

<p>Recently I travelled to Bangalore from Hyderabad. We have a bus at 9:45pm. The pick up van was late for 1.5 hr. Then after reached to boarding point where we waiting 1 hr more for the bus. After boarding the bus not yet started for 1 hr. Totally there was 4 hrs delay.
