<p>I booked a trip from Chennai to coimbatore which was suppose to start at 6:10a.m but it was 2.5hrs late on top of that driver and staff were uncooperative and rude. And there was no information given about the delay in the pick up by bus driver/or abhi bus services. After boarding the bus was running very slowly and there was a significant delay in the arrival time. Also on reporting to customer care service the driver misbehaved with me and started yelling. <p>Dear Abhi bus team,</p> <p>Today in night journey from Mumbai to Hyderabad i experienced worst journey in Abhi bus services.</p> <p>While travelling in bus from Mumbai khalamboli suddenly bus got fail (breakdown) approx 11:25PM all passengers including me are get down from bus and standing on road and waiting for another bus since 2hours. Even irctc will give refund for cancellation of tickets of ofof

<p>Not so Customer friendly, VERY POOR customer service, no proper communication or updates on your concern. I had to followed up 6-7 times for same issue, they never sent any emails and they will never listen to customer issue. They only listen and trust their bus operator. Even though if you make them and con call with operator they will not record in their log, They will not update your conversation properly, you need to explain your issue again and again which is very frustrating. this is fraud app Ticket no-AS5681466193 This app deducted money from my account for online booking But when I reach the boarding destination there is no bus.And right after that when i try to contact customer service by the number mentioned on my ticket.Then i realize that two numbers are invalid and the last number which is in service has no information about it and still there is no information about any help and refund from last 3 days view more
