I have made few purchase out of which I got 3 orders with missing items. 1st order I got only top and there is no pant, same with same order also, third one I got only pant and there is no top. view more

They took my money and now when I want to return my product they aren't responding to mails or calls . First of they sent a completely different product than what was asked for . They take more than 10-12 days to get it returned or exchanged and now they don't take it back saying the code doesn't match . view more

I had placed an order om May 7th 2021. But the order wasn't placed and the money was debited from my account (Transaction ID 112716846856). I wrote a mail to them the same day I Got a response asking for 2 working days. I kept writing to them about the refund, but I got responses asking for 48 hours & 2 working days. Recently before 2 months on march i ordered a flipflop from ajio and the payment was done through card and my order was automatically cancelled and its been 2 months i didnot received my refund no proper response from ajio team no updates no replies I received after my several emails to them .....really disgusting response even the grievance officers are useless they asked me the bank statement issued by bank even after sending that there is no response no reply nothing view more

No garuntee your product will return or get excahnge as app itself never work or instead of havig all tags delivery boy will ask for some EAN number and deny to accept Here customer care will also not help. Ajio is the worst and spam platform for online shopping with pathetic & useless customer service. Because even if once your delivery or pickup get stuck due to any reason they won’t be able to resolve the issue. They will keep on giving excuses and you will lose your money. Ajio will never call back for any update, you have to chase them each and every time. It’s been more than 2 months since my return pickup is pending. Whenever I call they give new excuses.
