I have purchased 2 products, FL0179154281 , FL0181506025, both the orders are cancelled at their side still no response from your side, its been 1 month and i haven’t recieved money in bank account. When you try to message them they don’t response and when you call them, they auto disconnect the call after 30 min. Of waiting. Worst experience ever.

Biggest frauds. there is no customer care. I placed my order on 11th October and my account was debited. but did not receive an order confirmation from their end. I have trying to reach their customer care via their toll-free number. I get only recorded messages. I have mailed them and in response, I get only automated replies. They are bigtime thieves. i have purchase inner wares for cash on delivery. they couriered 3 shipment.1& 2 good 3 shipment product size is very small.i ordered one size received one size .i called customer care people he said its not returnable.i am very very disappointment .i lost my amount .please do not purchase AJIO For inner ware materials. he sending non movable size ..please aware ..

<p>This is the most unprofessional and most horrible e-commerce portal I have come across. This was the first time I ordered few things from Ajio.com but I recommend everyone not to purchase anything from here. They’ll first show some of the fancy things on their site and when you order you need to wait for partial shipping and then they send out an <span class="caps">SMS</span> on cancellation the next day. <p>Though backed by Reliance Group, the company seems to be least interested in resolving Customer’s complaints. The excuse is <span class="caps">COVID</span> 19.</p> <p>Order no. <p>Worst experience of any online shopping. I orders three items from ajio and requested for return of one item as size was not good. Application accepted return however date given was of 3 weeks and no one turned up to pick up the package. Despite of two customer service complains, they asked to raise return again and there was not way in the app to do so. Still it’s marked as waiting for return and it has been two months.
