Longtime Amazon user and I ordered 2 items on the same day to be delivered to my hotel front desk. I have done this many times in the US with zero issues. Neither of the 2 items I ordered were delivered but the shipper of the second item not only listed the item as delivered DIRECTLY to me, but that I SIGNED FOR IT. Both of these are lies. Amazon India is a robber. They will take your money but not deliver your expensive item. Be careful before ordering. I had bitter experience where they took rs 9000 for a bedding set which they never delivered. Pathetic customer service and most painful you will loose your money. view more

I was fraudulently cheated by an unknown person by using my debit card details and the person purchased some stuff from amazon by using details.Inspite of contacting Immediately and multiple times beforw thw product was delivered and requesting amazon executive to stop the delivery of the person immediately. I ordered earphones on Amazon.in on 3rd Oct 2019, but on the date of delivery, the delivery person was rude to me on phone and said that "You can do whatever you feel like and I wont attempt the delivery" and so he summarily refused the delivery to me. When I contacted the customer service for help, they said that they are not allowed to make direct contact with the delivery person. Ordered BOAT haedphoes bluetooth, received defective item. Product was pickup from my end on Aug 20th & since 22nd Aug is following up for refund but they say they have not got any update wether the product has reached their warehouse & they are investigating the same for which they have asked me to wait since ages.
