Ordered BOAT haedphoes bluetooth, received defective item. Product was pickup from my end on Aug 20th & since 22nd Aug is following up for refund but they say they have not got any update wether the product has reached their warehouse & they are investigating the same for which they have asked me to wait since ages. I have been ordering from Amazon India for years to purchase items for many schools in Northern India. I am sick and tired of dealing with the incompetence. Deliveries that constantly get lost, or they send wrong item. Sellers that lie about product and post one more high quality product to receive a low quality product with the price raised, even with price scratched out on packaging trying to disguise the rip off. Amazon service is getting pathetic day by day. This co. is delaying or cancelling my orders from his end and when I asked customer care, they have one word 'SORRY'. I can just voice my frustration by social media. Everyone who works here are jerks. They all talk like puppet from executives to seniors. I think many are facing the same problem what I am facing. I had ordered for a teak wood rocking chair on The 2 ND of this month paying also for the expedited deliver... Order no. 404-8481843-3034747. The confirmed delivert date was 5th to 8th... However when I did not receive the chair on the 8th, I called you the customer care..
