I was fraudulently cheated by an unknown person by using my debit card details and the person purchased some stuff from amazon by using details.Inspite of contacting Immediately and multiple times beforw thw product was delivered and requesting amazon executive to stop the delivery of the person immediately. I had no response and nor delivery was stoped nor i got refund..
So much disapointment.
Plz help in mh issue i request amazon..

<p>I ordered earphones on Amazon.in on 3rd Oct 2019, but on the date of delivery, the delivery person was rude to me on phone and said that “You can do whatever you feel like and I wont attempt the delivery” and so he summarily refused the delivery to me. When I contacted the customer service for help, they said that they are not allowed to make direct contact with the delivery person. <p>I have been ordering from Amazon India for years to purchase items for many schools in Northern India. I am sick and tired of dealing with the incompetence. Deliveries that constantly get lost, or they send wrong item.
