Guys First of all il say that don't purchase any product from this lousy third grade site called Flipkart! I was an old user of flipkart and i have been fooled by this falsey site several times. They sell me damaged products and then they deny to return or refund it back! They ate my refund money too and that case has been 1 year it hasn't been resolved yet and they never bothered to call me for that issue ever i myself had to call them back every time and then eventually that matter has vani... view more

Worst service ever by flipkart...Don't purchase any product from it...I bought MI TV from it and I received it on 17th march but still they didn't installed it.. every time when i called they are giving same answer for wait 24 hrs... very disappointed with this 3rd class website... I had placed an order(order id - OD211683520382528000) on 2nd March 2018 for grocery. till 9th March I kept on getting message for rescheduling of the the product delivery. Now on 9th March within the delivery time frame the seller had trying calling me but my number was not reachable for that 5 mins(Delivery slot was from 7.30 - 10 pm, seller tried calling me at 8.30 pm and I got cancellation message soon after that) so he sent a report to Flipkart saying customer not reachable and flipkart ... view more

Dear All, Flipkart is a India Worst site related to their delivery time & promises. They can not delivery the order on time. They was always "Sorry" & also their Logistic is the third class service provider. So i request you please don't go to flipkart for shopping if you want the order urgently & don't expect the order being delivered on time. It was my second time, One time is 2015 same problem is there so that i stopped shopping from Flipkart & now again. They are always sorry. view more

Don't buy from flipkart. They are not giving good service. They don't provide quality checks. They don't match customer and seller order. They dont verify order what they are delivering. I personally recommend dont buy from here. view more

Waste service given by Flipkart... They are not giving the option to cancel a order. It's like forcefully u have to take a product. If any product cannot be cancelled they should highlight in the top but they just put a small note somewhere you can't even find that. Only problem with Flipkart is customer support . Faced problem with returning a Item . They usually dont take return and try to send another product . The customer support will ask you so many ques That you will finally die there .. view more

I purchase Watch of worth 1400 rs on flipkart but given watch is not as good as shown in image and model is not suitable for me so I request flipkart to return it or give me some other model but they not doing this I lost 1400 rs and watch is of no use view more
