I purchase Watch of worth 1400 rs on flipkart but given watch is not as good as shown in image and model is not suitable for me so I request flipkart to return it or give me some other model but they not doing this I lost 1400 rs and watch is of no use view more

I have purchased a Bosch 600 RE drilling machine kit from Flipkart and at the time of purchase the site was showing 6 months warranty. Drilling machine stopped working within warranty period, but Bosch service centre refused to provide warranty for the product purchased online. Flipkart has become so unprofessional and it doesn't care about its customers anymore because of whom it exists. I experienced an issue where i was delivered a wrong product twice (after replacement also). Next day i raised a refund request and after few days received a message from "Ekart" that your product will be picked up today. Extremely bad service from flipkart and RetailNet. I have placed one order on 25th June 2017 for LEVI’s Jeans and still not delivered as on 06th July 2017 and I am getting the status as Shipping.
