Horrible AC Installation charge 4380 Rs.. Flipkart service engineer sold me 100 Rs drain water pipe for 600 Rs. Flipkart service engineer charged me 11 feet copper wire which cost 230 Rs per feet. Actual use 7 feet only. Flipkart service engineer charged me 750 Rs for wall mount stand. market price maximum 250 Rs. We had ordered a washing machine from flipkart. They delivered a defective piece(the hose pipe was broken). We ordered for return and refund the very next day. They even told us that the pick up would be done. We waited but got no response.Later they told that the defect would be confirmed by their technician and they would only replace the item based on the outcome of technician's visit who never turned up.When we checked the order status they had changed it from return in progress to delive... view more

Hi All, I placed an order with flipkart, - It took them more than 7 days to get the product in Gurgaon, - Twice the product was out for delivery. 1st day I never received the number of the delivery person neither the delivery guy called me and in the end receive a text stating "delivery rescheduled". 2nd day the delivery guy told me by 11am it will be delivered then by 2 pm and later on never responded to my calls and again in the end received "delivery rescheduled". ... view more

Very Very Bad! i Don't Know wthr the companies are providing them rejected stuff for sale on Discount . I never had faith in Online shopping, but tried twice with FLIPKART. but both times, i feel Cheated. I have placed an order on www.flipkart.com (OD105754963624766000 ) before placing order and even after placing i called customer care to make sure that the order can be delivered on given address and they confirm me that they are able to deliver on given address. after 4 days the told me that they care not able to deliver the product on given address and told me to cancel the order .
