I ordered around 10 items during their 4 day sale in May 17. Out of those ten 9 were shipped, and 1 was pending. Seller was unable to get that one item on promised time. So, instead of cancelling that one item, seller auto-cancelled all 10 items. On order page records show I cancelled these items! This in my opinion is a malpractice followed by Flipkart, lure buyers during sale, get orders for items they cannot deliver and show a successful sale and once sale is over cancel unavailable items.... view more

I ordered a phone Samsung On Nxt from flipkart, after receiving in two days found battery issue, which is obvious from Flipkart. Delivered intime-They use the product for some showcase full dust and small dents. I requested for refund they are not processing, they guided me to put another new order and they will refund the old one.they give mis guidence and i booked another one. they took total of 60,000 still refund not processed. Hi I had order a MOTO G5 Plus mobile on flipkart on 16/03/2017 and the product was supposed to be delivered to me by 20/03/2017 on my office address. But today when I tracked the status of delivery it was showing as delivered to me @4:30 pm. I bought a Lenovo vibe K5 Note from Flipkart few days back (1010821242207416037). Right from day 1, I was facing issues w.r.t its fingerprint sensor. I though it could be because of software issues or my fingers not getting detected properly.
