dont know,why many people are giving negetive reviews about flipkart,but according to me flipkart is the best indian e-commerce company.Its return & replacement policy is far better than amazon.I am telling this to you from my personal experience.So i will strongly recommend this site to all of the readers. view more

flipkart services sucks they will take a month to just deliver the product and if you raise a problem with delivery or product it will take 5 days or more to just respond to the problem as far as solution for the problem is concerned you can dream that they will comply. flipkart is incompetent buy it from somewhere else any where else it doesn't matter they still will provide better services than flipkart. view more

I have been using Flipkart since it was only a Book Store. The best part that I like about Flipkart is that they have always delivered my product before the said delivery date. The quality of packaging and the product has never been compromised. The rates are either equal or less than other shopping portals and the offered deals are amazing too. I ordered a 55 inch LED TV that was supposed to be delivered on Oct6th [date confirmed by flipkart]. Then they don't showup on the 6th and update the delivery date to Oct8th. They endup being a no-show on October 8th as well. Upon calling customer support I am promised that I would be hearing from the team that handles these on Oct 9th evening.
