I have ordered Mi mobile on 04th oct Actually delivery date is 15th of oct However still I haven't received the mobile I checked with the customer care on 16 oct this will resolve on 18th next time thay said 21st oct Now saying 'our team will contact 22oct' I never seen this kind of response from filpkart. view more

Horrible experience. Had ordered an iPhone 11 and they kept delaying the delivery citing seller issues despite several follow ups from my side and false assurances from their end. Finally one fine day they cancelled and refunded. By this time the phone nor the HDFc credit card offer was available elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic website.
