I had ordered two Prestige Pressure pans from Flipkart. Only one of the two items was delivered 10 days ago. I am requesting them to refund the money for the undelivered item and they are delaying unnecessarily. I receive emails from their customer support team listing the steps to return the product!! They have obviously not understood the issue properly

<p>Horrible experience shopping with Flipkart. I ordered an iphone SE 3 days ago which was supposed to be delivered on 19th June 2020. In the morning I received the text from it’s logistic partner that product delivery has been delayed. I spoke to customer care which is likely to be useless, these nincompoops don’t even provide any solution regarding anything. Having the same script used that please wait. Their delivery service is very bad. They are just extending the date. This is their normal Habit. Its time to think to change the delivery partner before its too late.

<p>Recently I bought a pair of Lee Cooper shoes and on opening the box I found them to be a size smaller. I at once made a return request but return was denied because price tag was missing.
