<p>I have ordered twice from Lenskart.com. Both the times I had need to buy sunglasses (they keep getting forgotten somewhere)…Both times they came up with an offer in the nick of time just before I was going to visit the “fashion street” of the city to buy cheap sunglasses.<br> The best thing about them is that we can buy the same cheap fashion street sunglasses online and very expensive ones also…<br> This time I bought the “Vincent Chase” sunglasses… They are the same cheap sunglasses we g... view more

I ordered a Feelgood Frame from Lenskart.com, unfortunately it didn’t fit me although i had already checked the size using the photo feature on their website.

When I called up lenskart customer service, they helped me with the return and sent another frame which I liked. I’m very happy with the customer service which I received.

Shipping was fast and through bluedart. Only thing is that bluedart took more time to deliver.

I have good impression on Lenskart, After i ordered and reached to my home and when i see it, Even case was completely worst and it is 3rd class product. Even am unable to open the eye glasses properly. I have seen worst quality and not worth at all.
Even for the replacement, It is big process. Instead of that we can go to stores and better to buy it even though bit more price. I have worst experience with Lenskart. RIP…

i had placed an order ( #1200580839 ) but transaction not done and money debited from my account lenskart is the worst site which i had ever seen and i had called lenskart but they always told me sir after 24 hrs .. we will get back to u an all .. i spend around 100rs an about 15 calls … but no action has taken … so i suggest every one don’t use lenkart.com ….. i want my money back lenskart.com rs 655..
