<p>Lenskart# big frauds. Request people not to use Lenskart at all. They have big misleading advertisements and a new way to cheat customers. Pathetic service and disgusting customer care. Wrong order was placed by the Lenskart executive and I asked for a replacement. <p>I thought they would be good seeing that they are online. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Both quality of product and service is unacceptable. First, I ordered two eye glasses. One for me and one for my mother. My mother’s lenses were so blurry she had to return it. My one was also kind of hazy but I decided to keep it. <p>I had placed an order for two spectacles and much to my disappointment, neither of them lasted for more than a month. Both of them bent out of shape. Extremely poor quality. I have been calling the company for the past one month to have them repaired. First their exec don’t pick up the calls and when they do, they promise to send somebody to pick the spec up, but nobody ever turns up. I am so frustrated now. <p>Hi, At the end when nobody urge to help me with the product I bought from lenskart. I am writing here. Lenskart claim to provide British Optics lenses which is supposed to be great in quality but its not. I bought a Eyeglass few months back and its lens got broken after falling on mattress. That’s shocking! And I claimed for it as it comes with 1 year warranty but there is always some shitty policies with almost every big eCommerce organisation which they use when it comes to claim process... view more

<p>Their lens are not perfect and precise as they stated. I ordered two pairs of ray-bans from lens-kart. they made the lens wrong with wrong prescriptions on both. they would not take a return, I proved that they made a mistake by getting them checked by the doctor and they made a mistake, I contacted them within 5 days of delivery. They asked for proof I gave them proof. I paid about 14500 to them and it’s been almost a month and all they keep saying is our records show that we gave the rig... view more

Please don’t buy with Lenskart. they claim to be professional and fast in their delivery but its just lies and false promises.

- I ordered spectacles on 4th January 2018.

- On 21 January, still haven’t received my spectacles.
- I work on computers almost all the time.
- in this much time someone’s number can multiply/ increase.

<p>I have always had great experience with lenskart but this store in connaught place , new delhi is terrible. first of all when i visited the store no one had payed proper attention and then they created a havoc while delivery of product. I had placed order on 7th jan 2018 and expected date of delivery was 12th jan but it is been 16th and even today i have not received my order. Highly unprofessional staff.
