<p>I bought expensive John Jacob frame thinking new York brand with Kodak progressive lenses for 8000 Rs from lenskart store in <span class="caps">GIP</span> mall. it took 15 days to arrive and were immediately returned due to bad glass fitting. took another 10 days to arrive. still some issues so went to their store in sector 18 which replaced it again. the fitment was really bad and visited store several times to tighten it. in 13th month from 1st purchase it broke into two…this is supposed... view more

I bought at-least 4-5 Specs in last 6 months but this time the real problem came out, my glass got broken and the company denied to provide any after sales repair/ replacement/re-fitment of the glass that to when I was ready to pay for repair/ replacement/re-fitment .
My just 15 days old specs worth Rs. 4500 got useless after one of the glass got broken .
Thanks for opening my eyes to the limitations of online retail portals

<p>Just love shopping for frames on lenskart… their products are awesome, service is very quick and their offers are great, esp the first frame free offer. Now they even let you order up to 5 frames for trial at home, absolutely free. The best thing about shopping for frames online is that you get a very, very big collection of frames to choose from… almost impossible to find such wide variety in single offline store. <p>i ordered a frame on 21 sept 2014/ after 10 days the delivery person called me n told me to come where he was and that place was v far from the address what i gave.<br> the person left coz he didnt want to come to me and he gave me 5 mins time and he left. i paid in advance and in their website its showing as delivered.<br> this was the worst online shopping experience ever. customer care was also not supportive at all. i will never recommend anybody to these cheaters. v v bad customer ser... view more

<p>First the good stuff: <br> Personally, I’ve only bought branded stuff from Lenskart (with one miserable exception). They provide rock bottom prices on contact lenses and branded frames. <br> The disposable contact lens stock I’ve bought (8 purchases over 2-3 years till now) has always been fresh, never received one anywhere near the expiry date.
