Order I'd : 1217903422. Never seen this type pathetic service in my career. I've ordered sun glasses on 29-Aug due to some size issue same has been returned in nearest Store (Takshila, Andheri East, Mumbai) due to store technical issues they didn't marked my order as "Return" till 10 day's after doing multiple follow-ups with CS team Store has been my order to their Wearhouse. Today is 19-Sep it means almost 20 day's still refund is not yet proceed. Strongly recommended don't purchase here. view more

I want to share my worst experience with lencekart, they trap you to take couple of products at once from them and take full amount from you and after that they would forget that you're their customer and treat with disrespect and as you paid money you need to beg/fight with them for your product, however they would provide you with whatever stock they have in store and make you just walk out of the store. Purchased a branded OAKLEY spectacle from Lenskart on 23rd September, 2018 (Bill No.1214148331). It has formed scratches on both the lenses with=in 15 days of the purchase. Reported it to their showroom and service center. They came back with No Warranty on Lenses. I have been requesting that it could be some quality issue however they are not paying heed to my words. Lenskart# big frauds. Request people not to use Lenskart at all. They have big misleading advertisements and a new way to cheat customers. Pathetic service and disgusting customer care. I thought they would be good seeing that they are online. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Both quality of product and service is unacceptable. First, I ordered two eye glasses. One for me and one for my mother. My mother's lenses were so blurry she had to return it. My one was also kind of hazy but I decided to keep it. I had placed an order for two spectacles and much to my disappointment, neither of them lasted for more than a month. Both of them bent out of shape. Extremely poor quality. I have been calling the company for the past one month to have them repaired. Hi, At the end when nobody urge to help me with the product I bought from lenskart. I am writing here. Lenskart claim to provide British Optics lenses which is supposed to be great in quality but its not. I bought a Eyeglass few months back and its lens got broken after falling on mattress.
