I have purchase 16 specs from LensKart in last 3 year. Lens quality is very poor. It's reflecting coating get tint/ teared in my 3 specs each cost Rs. 7000 to Rs.8000.

<p>I have got a gold membership from my registered mobile number but the phone no longer exists and I want to transfer the membership to a new number. Talking to your customer care didn’t help. They said that such procedure doesn’t exist. How is that even possible? I am a member, I paid for the membership not the phone number. They do not have any knowledge on lens business. <br>They screw up your lens dimension and then ask to return the product back. I visited lenskart.com to place an order for my glasses. I was suggested to place order through whatsapp chat. Mr. Sudhanshu was my eyewear expert. I selected 2 frames and gave all the details to him on whatsapp with links for selected frames. He quoted Rs.7840/- for the selected 2 frames with glasses. Order I'd : 1217903422. Never seen this type pathetic service in my career. I've ordered sun glasses on 29-Aug due to some size issue same has been returned in nearest Store (Takshila, Andheri East, Mumbai) due to store technical issues they didn't marked my order as "Return" till 10 day's after doing multiple follow-ups with CS team Store has been my order to their Wearhouse. Today is 19-Sep it means almost 20 day's still refund is not yet proceed. Strongly recommended don't purchase here. view more
