I ordered a product ,but they did not deliver it on me.theu delivered it to some one else and not refunding the money. They are doing this only to eat ppls money.dont ever buy anything in paytm.thry just eat your money. Customer service is very careless.they Don’t respond properly.

I recently recharged my mobile through paytm and it automatically charged me thrice the amount and when i ask the refund from the paytm customer service they are blocking my calls. its the worst behavior of the paytm customer service.don’t trust and don’t use paytm.
