Store - Paytm Recently I purchased 15+ products in a single order however due to some error entered wrong pin thus reflecting wrong city in whole order. I raised ticket immediately asking to change address asap. However these guys replied after 2 days when some products were shipped. They said address change isn't possible once product is shipped however I asked to change address for left out products to which they denied. One of the worst customer care... Today i transferred 500 bucks on wrong no on paytm... Answer from cx care was person has already used the amount and please contact person to give the money back hahahaha awesome answer was given ever... 2nd thing cx care agent is suggesting to file FIR for 500 bucks if d person dosnt want to return the amount back... I bought HP laptop costing 30,000/- from Paytm on 24 April 2017. In one week it got delivered, that is ok. In first day only I found out it is defective piece, its touchpad not working properly and battery too draining in one hour only where as this model gives atleast 4 to 5 hrs of battery life but that’s not all, I found out my laptop’s warranty has already started 7 months back (warranty already started on 10August 2016). I bought a samsung galaxy phone from paytm about a month ago and it was delivered without charger, earphones, manual. The phone looked used and even the sticker on the phone was missing. I tried calling their customer care and they redirected me to their website. After that they asked me to send pictures of the phone, packaging etc. Then they asked me to send pics of the imei code. Its really bad idea to buy something from Paytm in because when u order something from Paytm. Hi, these days paytm giving an offers where you guys can get movie vouchers with purchase so i also purchased. After 3-4 email i got voucher on e-mail (2-3 month later after delivery of product). Now i tried to book movie online via paytm it shows 'this code is applicable on travels' than i tried to book a flight now error is new 'this code is already used. If they cant give the right voucher.why they are committing to costumers. view more
