<p>One of the worst customer care… Today i transferred 500 bucks on wrong no on paytm… Answer from cx care was person has already used the amount and please contact person to give the money back hahahaha awesome answer was given ever… 2nd thing cx care agent is suggesting to file <span class="caps">FIR</span> for 500 bucks if d person dosnt want to return the amount back… I guess when thet cant help out their cx then i dont think they should even have cx care. <span class="caps">WORST</span> ... view more

<p>I bought HP laptop costing 30,000/- from Paytm on 24 April 2017. In one week it got delivered, that is ok. In first day only I found out it is defective piece, its touchpad not working properly and battery too draining in one hour only where as this model gives atleast 4 to 5 hrs of battery life but that’s not all, I found out my laptop’s warranty has already started 7 months back (warranty already started on 10August 2016). <p>Its really bad idea to buy something from Paytm in because when u order something from Paytm. Hi, these days paytm giving an offers where you guys can get movie vouchers with purchase so i also purchased. After 3-4 email i got voucher on e-mail (2-3 month later after delivery of product).

Now i tried to book movie online via paytm it shows ‘this code is applicable on travels’ than i tried to book a flight now error is new ’this code is already used.

If they cant give the right voucher.why they are committing to costumers.

The worst experience using paytm , i have deteled the app from my mobile , i was transfering just rs 100 into my bank ac through my debit card , i paid rs 5.10 extra for the same, thats a hell lot of a interest .NEVER USE PAYTM
