On 26 the of oct 2016 I was send money from my paytm account to my own bank account at SBBJ. However, Money still not credited to my bank account. But in paytm showing success. After third help mail to paytm still i am not getting any satisfactory help from paytm. They just send a default mail to every query on money send/transfer issue. Thank you! view more

I have ordered sunglasses, luckily not very costly. Like any other website, i have trusted Paytm Also. My mistake was i have not opened the courier cover in front of the courier guy, when i opened the cover later, its an empty cover. Courier guy vanished, no customer service number responds, i have seen hell.. very unpleasant experience. I have faced an issue where I have booked a ticket one month before for Diwali vacation, as you all know how bus operators inflate prices during festivals. But, suddenly 2 days before the date of journey the bus service has cancelled the bus. It is very easy to use app for all my needs -recharge needs - bill payments - it has made life easier - but ecommerce in paytm is not at all good - very late delivery with very cheap items- they need to improve this view more

Attracting Consumers by cheap pricing but Product quality is getting worse now...Ordered almost 6 Products from Paytm During mahabazaar, & had to return 3 products due to bad product quality.
