Not a reliable or trustworthy.. they are providing the low quality product with extremely bad courier services. who can deliver your product to anyone even without contacting you,, it;s very normal to get delay in delivery, and also they dont know about the customer care thing... Not a reliable Site. In case of damaged or wrong product you receive, returns are extremely tough. Shipping time is much longer as compared to other sites. Poor customer service. No options to put comments. 100 % Cash back sales were good for nothing. All the products are gone as soon as the offer arrives. When you are lucky to grab one, you would be welcomed with an error and won;t be able to check out. Thumbs down to PayTM. view more

rHi, Guys, Please stop using paytm as they just keep your money to their wallet for big bills, like if you are recharging from them then they will do it very quick, because the cost of the recharge is always under Rs.500/- but if you are using thier service for other billers like BSES electricity or any other bill which is more than Rs.500/- then they will fail the transaction saying "operator not available" and then they transfer your money to their Paytm wallet, and ask you to wait for 3-1... view more

What this bad website each and every time transaction failed . when I go for transaction site goes to slow and transaction is failed . Fix your payment gateway page bugs from your developer. Because customer does not expect this type of service. Before 1 year this was very fast and it was working properly. view more

The seller sends me wrong shoes, with high usage marks. Brought it to the knowledge of Paytm, but the customer care is useless and did nothing about it. After that, I even posted the pics on the PayTm's facebook page, but they did nothing about it. Been more than a week and I am still waiting for them to take back the defunct product.
