Guys Please don't purchase any mobile from this site . They sold gray market products and on the bill which they provides you will not see the IMEI number for the mobile device. I am sure all of you know the importance of IMEI number on invoice. The official service center for the the brand's will not entertain you until you have the bill with IMEI number. Hi I ordered two toys totally 3000rs, one toy costing 1699 was delivered fine the other one costing 1400 was damaged and had to be returned and money refunded... I pay for both item total 3099 and got refunded 1000 so actually i got the two items for 2099 but when i return the damaged items costing 1400 PAYTM returned back only 400 saying that the other amount was already given back as part of cash back... this is fraud...its not customer fault that item is recieved damaged in the process I... view more

I had ordered 1 Jaipan Juicer with ORDER NO. 756304306 and the delivered item is damaged, dusty and looks very old. Looks like Paytm is dumping damaged items to their customers. I didn’t know that Paytm had no pre-dispatch quality checks in place, learn from Amazon, Firstcry & Flipkart. Paytm’s “Assurance”, “Trust”, and “Promise” are all a big hoax, really disappointed with Paytm’s lethargic approach and complete lack of customer focus.
