I was traveling on 25/10/2019 and the boarding time was 8:30PM but bus was came @ 2:00PM. on next day bus should reached by 3:00 PM but they droped us by 7:00PM in evening. i called to redbud and they raised one complaint from my side. Again today i received call from redbus that they are giving 50% refund and i just ask what actions you have taken on operator. Myself and 2 of my friends booked a ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore with A1 Arthi Transports with vehicle number: " PY05-A0285" Driver number: +918489934804 We were asked to wait @ opposite to GRT jewelry Tambaram and we were standing there at least 30 mins before bus arrival time. We even contacted the driver 4 times conveying this information and he confirmed bus in en route and he will call once they reach us. Worst app seen in my life the payment gatways was failed then also they deducted from my acount at that time duration i feel that the tickets hasn't booked so i used my paytm for ever app and made my booking successfully and still they haven't made my refund fraud redbus fraud redbus the useless app ever seen before my mo. contact me for any kind of questions!!??? Red bus even keep on booking tickets even if the bus has left from the pick up point...and then they don't bother to refund the ticket amount. It's Totally unprofessional.their customer support is worst..not ready to listen to what has happened. Total fraud people..Beware.Beware.Beware. Redbus service and customer support is really awesome . I find quite comfortable to book Bus tickets using redbus and most of the time there will be an offer going . Customer support is quite friendly and supportive . Till now i did not face any issue with redbus view more
