This one star I m giving as I not that much harsh otherwise they don’t even expect that.their courier services are worst and they don’t even know who is the relevant person for delivery…..my order is delayed by 15 days and they don’t even borther about it…its really rediculous…I must say shop clues is even better than this site so go for it

<p>Purchased LeMax from Snapdeal, defective product delivered, raised replacement request after 10days, Snapdeal engineer came and verified and given written report for replacement. After 15 days now my request got cancelled because of silly reasons like there was no user manual in the box when it picked up, when I checked in LeEco support, they confirmed that Snapdeal is not their partner, they in turn but from Flipkart or LeMall.
