Apple is back with another virtual event on 10th November 2020 which means that this will be its 3rd consecutive event month-wise. In September, we saw the launch of new iPad Air 2020 & 8th Gen iPad and in the next month came the iPhone 12 series. Speculations are that this month’s event will see the launch of new Apple MacBooks and desktops along with its own newly built processors called Apple Silicon.

New MacBooks with Apple Silicon and what all is expected to Launch in this Apple Event?

You might see the launch of new MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models along with renovated desktop models in this Apple event. The catch here is that these new machines are anticipated to be powered by Apple’s in-house processor i.e. Apple Silicon which might be based on A14 Bionic Chip. This does not mean the end of Intel with Apple, but if these new powerhouses take off then certainly its production may go down. Below, you can see the expected models to be launched with details.

Guess what other software already does that for past year plus.

Chromebooks. Android on phone tablets and laptops

How is it a “game changer” then? It is more of a case of catching up with times and doing something which is overdue for couple of years now.

Almost Nil percentage of people use chrome books and android on PC.In pc world almost everyone uses intel, even most pc softwares and heavy games have no arm software support, everything will begin to shift on arm making intel obsolete in coming years.  There will performance boost and more battery efficient devices. In next 3-5 years apple will stop using intel for macbooks completely

Don’t know in which world are you living in where no one uses Chromebooks. Who cares about apple desktop and laptops? Actually number of people using Chromebooks should be higher than the ones using mac os in next few years as most of the students use Chromebooks. Already in 3 years the total chromebook market share is about 2% of pc market vs 13% for mac os which has been stuck there for God knows how long
