Does Flipkart Axis credit card have special terms and conditions (spending criteria) to access domestic lounges.  

What about Axis Bank Select card 

This is not just Axis Bank but even HDFC bank has made huge changes .

Lounges were getting over crowded due to almost any basic card having lounge access .

But honestly these lounges will suffer now because the quality of food is really low I don’t think any sensible person should pay for the lounge service .

I guess there is mismatch in information. While this article state 1 lounge access per year for Axis My Zone Credit Card and 2 for Axis Bank Select Credit Card per year, Axis bank pdf states that these are per quarter and not yearly for these cards, so number of lounge access for both these cards remains same i.e. 4 and 8 per year.

So the list compiled in this article is not correct as some card t&c state per quarter and some per year

Do they removed lounge access for neo credit card? 

Axis Bank has now introduced a revised number of lounge access on Axis Bank Credit Cards for 2023. These revised numbers of lounge access on Axis Bank Credit Cards may make some credit cardholders unhappy. Until now Axis Bank was offering airport lounge access at both international and domestic airports. However, with the newly revised lounge access numbers coming into effect from 1st June 2023, the bank won’t anymore be offering the same free lounge access at international airports across India

Below is the latest Axis Bank Credit Cards Lounge Access List for 2023 which includes all the Axis Bank Credit Cards along with the number & details of lounge access they provide.

Earlier, Axis Bank had one more Set C Axis Bank Credit Cards that offered lounge access to international airports across India. The set now seems to have been merged into Set B. While you may no anymore get complimentary lounge access at international terminals in India, it is important to note that many of the Set B Axis Bank Credit Cards offer Priority Pass membership.

Axis My Zone Credit Card which was one of the best lifetime free credit cards with 4 lounge access per year (domestic and international) now only has 1 complimentary lounge access per year limit.

Similarly, Axis Bank Select Credit Card which was offering 8 complimentary lounge access per year (domestic) now would only offer 2 complimentary lounge access per year as per the revised Axis Bank Credit Card Lounge Access List of 2023.

As mentioned before, these newly revised numbers would come into effect from June 1st, 2023 and the program is available till 31st August 2025.

Furthermore, Axis Bank also added the following:

Eligible Cardholders will be allowed access to all Participating Airport Lounges under the Program, based on one of the following entry types:

Entry Type 1: Free entry for Eligible Cardholder only, (subject to a nominal swipe fee of Rs. 2 for Visa and Rs. 25 for Mastercard). All Eligible Cards must be validated at the point of entry by swiping a transaction for a nominal fee.

Entry Type 2: Paid entry for the Eligible Cardholder according to the respective prices of usage displayed at the Participating Airport Lounges, for himself/herself only or for his/her accompanying guests (payment will be made directly at the Participating Airport Lounge by the Eligible Cardholder).
