Xiaomi has launched the Mi Smart Band 6 in India, a much-anticipated and budget-friendly wearable. At the Smarter Living event 2022, the fitness tracker was unveiled among a number of other AIoT devices. The Mi Smart Band 6 fitness band has a 14-day battery life and supports the Personal Activity Index (PAI).

Xiaomi's Mi Band was the company's first AIoT product in India, and every version of the Mi Band has been the best-selling in the market. Xiaomi India's newly launched Mi Band 6 smart band is on sale in the country for the first day today, August 30. The smartwatch is priced at Rs 3,499 and is available through official Mi outlets and Amazon. Customers can buy multi-coloured band options from the Mi shop and website; however, the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 will come in a black colour finish by default.

The new Mi Band 6 will try to compete with smart wearables like the OnePlus Band, Oppo Band Style, and Huawei Band 6 in India. In terms of specifications, the Xiaomi band has a 1.56-inch AMOLED display, which is bigger than the Mi Band 5's 1.1-inch AMOLED display. The display features a pixel density of 326ppi, a peak brightness of 450 nits, and an anti-fingerprint coating.

Customers can select from a variety of strap colours, including black, orange, yellow, olive, ivory, and blue. The Mi Band 6 offers heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring as well as sleep tracking 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

It has 30 sports modes and can auto-detect six different activities, including walking, running, using an indoor treadmill, and cycling. It has a 125mAh battery that is said to last for 14 days on a single charge. Bluetooth 5.0, female health-tracking, PAI, camera remote shutter, breathing exercise, and stress monitoring are among the other significant features. The band is compatible with both Android and iOS smartphones.
