Swiggy might soon close its Swiggy Money service. They have started sending the below SMS to its Swiggy Money customers.
Hi, your Swiggy Money wallet powered by ICICI Bank will be closed by 30-06-2023. Any balance will reflect as a gift card under Swiggy Money for seamless usage.
Thus, your Swiggy Money balance will now go into a Swiggy gift card which probably will come with a 1 year warranty. Also, Swiggy Money users now won’t be able to add money using vouchers for getting 10-15% discount.
Swiggy Money is a digital wallet powered by ICICI Bank. You can use Swiggy Money balance on Swiggy (food delivery), Instamart, Dineout, and Genie.
As per FAQs, Swiggy Money will no longer be associated with ICICI Bank, and instead will co-partner with RazorPay. Few days back, Dimer @akone informed us that Swiggy Money was down with the following message from its customer care team.
I am sorry to inform you that the Swiggy Money wallet is undergoing a revamp and will be back soon! Until then, the Add Money option has been disabled. I am unable to provide you with any estimated time, but our team is resolving this issue, it will be resolved soon.

Swiggy money addition has been disabled for long time. Swiggy GV will continue without any issue, may be it will have now an expiry date. In short no impact on regular users.
