Even after 20 days from procurement the product has not been installed. Contacting customer service does not seem to work. 
be careful before purchasing any product. Sales and service should be equally strong

I bought Croma LED tv of A grade panel last year and it's Stop working within 1.5 years only due to their faulty panels, Now they are asking to pay more than the tv amount to replace panel, worst products, local cheap products available in market can also work for 5 years atleast but their branded products Stop working as soon as warranty finished , Don't buy else they will ruin your trust, Don't waste your money

<p>One of the worst experience with Croma that too when I choose to shop it for the first time there. I always go to reliance for buying any appliances but first time I visited Croma just bcoz I like Tata! I ordered LG dish washer and LG oled tv. This people are A class scammers ...i paid for product through online and it showed delivered without even delivering the product and when i contacted their customer care who were so arrogant and has no clue about it...and says sometimes when their delivery partners have work load they mark it as delivered...in what world does that happen? no solution and now i have to move on with consumer court case because no other solution.

Worst product and worst extended warranty service of croma. Dont buy croma brand products in your life. i have purchase croma brand hand blender, the plastic attachment body was get cracked due to vibration of the motor, the store says that this will not cover in warranty it is physical damage.
