<p>I have purchase a CROMA Brand split A/C, on 24th Jan 2025 and exactly in 2 Months the A/C stopped working. I launched a complain on 22nd Jan 2025 and Technician came and inspected the product on 23rd March 2025 (i.e. Sunday) and said their a s part faliure and it has to be ordered from store which is in Bhiwandi. 23rd March 2025 being sunday he said part wont be dispatch on Monday the 24th March 2025 and the problem will be solved. <br><br>As a curosity just to reconfirm whether the fresh ... view more

Very very Poor After sales services. Never purchase from Croma. People working are adamant & gives false comittments. Very very very poor response from them. Never belief them or their comittment at time of sell.

<p>When you buy any product, they charge extra 199 rs for next day delivery. But after 5 days the product got delivered. And after delivery of the AC now again reaching them for installation is a pain as through the customer service no. no-one picks up the call even after 30mins. So i tried reaching them continuously wasting 4-5hrs from my busy schedule. <p>Worst Worst experience, never ever buy from Croma. I have bought a Croma Inverter AC from the Croma Showroom, Patia, Bhubaneswar, came in the sweet words of the sales manager and now suffering. It was installed last month and I had already lodged complaint for 6th time. The product is having manufacturing defect but they are not attending it timely.
