Recently, I purchased many products from Croma and found that Croma has a better price and speedy delivery than other retailers. i personally liked its express delivery service which usually delivers my order within 30 minutes since the nearby Croma outlet is just 5 km away. view more

After using 3days my mobiles battery started draining then I have visited the store for the replacement but they have neglected and ask for the servicing. <p>I purchased one plus 10R and after 4 months only motherboard damaged.......Such a pathetic service and sales man of croma are like they make you touch the moon while selling their products with all the possible lies and if you come up with Any problem they will tell you to go to the service centre. Croma is a very neglected store in providing services which are under extended warranty.  I'm facing problem from 29/11/22 for getting repairs to Microwave oven which is under extended warranty.  These people are so neglected towards customers.

Worst service from Croma, Had ordered this on 9th September as pre-booking, Estimated delivery date was 23rd September. They didn't deliver it on a given date. Talking to customer care, they said that it is handed over to the shipment provider (Bluedart). Upon calling bluedart, they say that they have not received the product from the vendor end. Croma could be the worst choice for electronic purchases.

Purchased LG REFRIGERATOR. 

Croma team was very supportive in selecting the product.  Yuvraj was very knowledgeable and helped in addressing all the queries in right perspective. He also strived to ensure that customer knows about all the options available from different credit cards.

Overall experience was very good!

I had purchased Nokia C20 plus on September 2021 from Croma Andheri from Mr.Vinod (salesperson) and within one month the adapter charger is not working..Croma took my mobile as well as my charger and said i will get it back within 2hours but now they are saying I will receive my mobile after 48hours. Totally untrained and useless staff.... First they charged me 38000+ and said u ll get emi without interest for 9 months... When converting they said no u ll be charged 2000+ amount for emi.... They did give the void receipt but it is the process of the credit card company to revrse charges after 7 weeks.... Because of croma my 38000+ are stuck....
