Very Pathetic service by chroma. I bought a washing machine of Whirlpool from their store located at season's mall Magarpatta pune. An extended warranty was also taken for 5 years. They committed that the installation will be done by their end and I need not to contact with the Whirlpool customer care. Should never buy Chroma inverter AC, it also consumes a lot of electricity and cooling is absolutely useless. It is better to use cooler, I would never recommend buying it even to the enemy.. view more

I bought a Croma Washing machine which is under warranty. No one is bothered about the services to the customer. The spares are never available in the godown or workshop. If any part is faulty it takes around a month to replace the parts. Very poor communication. They think that we are stupid sitting out here. Very bad experience for me. They took my money 45000(approx) for purchase of laptop and booked it. After repeated calling with customer care they told it will dispatch on given time (after 7days). They were not dispatched the same time. I called again to customer and they told me some expert group will call me after 24 hrs. Many times I called after but customer care told same. I booked a washing machine this Sunday, the sales person told me that there is an offer going on with Croma of 5% gift of the product amount. I selected the product, paid and they gave me the assurity of very next day delivery, After payment, the sales person told me that the offer is not valid for the product I purchased, and they deliver the product on Thursday. Feel CHEATED. ALL 3 CROMA products turned out DEFECTIVE and the management COULDN'T-CARE-LESS. #Croma 1.5 ton AC showed error within a few months and stopped working within 3 years. Worse, the staff behaviour is suspect : They won't share names or be willing to put on record what they verbally communicate.The reason is obvious). Also, most were found unprofessional.
