The beauty of croma is the <span class="caps">VAT</span>/<span class="caps">CST</span> paid bill which helps a lot at times of claiming warranty. Kudos to croma for that. I bought 1 Wireless mouse from Croma Retail Online Store, Order number SLE00312884. Which was damaged. So i returned the product on 6th October 2012. I called them multiple times and Sent mails on their customer care site. But all in vain. Till now I have not got my money back.
