Very bad experience for me. They took my money 45000(approx) for purchase of laptop and booked it. After repeated calling with customer care they told it will dispatch on given time (after 7days). They were not dispatched the same time. I called again to customer and they told me some expert group will call me after 24 hrs. Many times I called after but customer care told same. I booked a washing machine this Sunday, the sales person told me that there is an offer going on with Croma of 5% gift of the product amount. I selected the product, paid and they gave me the assurity of very next day delivery, After payment, the sales person told me that the offer is not valid for the product I purchased, and they deliver the product on Thursday. Thieves ..!! Ordered two Sony headphones [mdr s40] looking at the really good price. Got the delivery on time.i thought it'll be a really good and an apt store. but I was SO WRONG. the headphones which were sent were SECOND HAND or used as a demo or had been lying in the open for months somewhere. I didn’t find the reason to shop more than 2 mins. I wanted to have seagate 500GB portable <span class="caps">HDD</span> which I know the prevailing market price is 4100 to 4300 (Even at Staples it costs 4299.rs).
