The company claims to deliver gifts in India and 60 other countries. One would like to use their services for sending gifts to their friends/relatives or loved ones and of course this certainly will have a lots of emotions. Pathetic Experience.They never deliver product on time.And they say, they offer superfast delivery what an irony it is.When we order from their site we expect that it's their duty to contact their courier partner and make delivery on time ,but no you have to do it all ur own,and their customer care executive himself told me mam u can try it by ur own we can't do anything and then after so many calls and attempts to courier department they delivered the product after 1 week.I would never recom... view more

I gave an order for balloons for home decoration under price 12k on thursday morning. I told them the work to complete by same day 8 in night. 3/4th of the payment was already done as per their policy and They came for decoration just half an hour before 8 pm . Ref Order No: 2274347401 Oh yeah they are terrible, they sent me 3 of the 4 items i ordered for the same day and then said that it was my fault for not collecting the fourth item. ~They wont give back your money and they wont redeliver the flowers. I will suggest only one thing If you don't want get embarrassed in front of your loved ones, family, friend then please don't use fnp. They are worst in delivery, quality will not be as per promise, and completely irresponsible behaviour in response to handle the customer query. Never order any thing from this non sense and unprofessional franchise. Delivered cheap, dirty and wrong colored roses for my anniversary. They charged 99 for a message written on white hand torn page, while they promised greeting personalised card. Last time they delivered a surprise birthday cake by almost 12 hours. view more

They have unreliable customer service . When you complain about anything they try to close the ticket without responding to your issue . Looks like they just care about getting money without proper and reliable services.I am disheartened with their service and will suggest to look for other options than using their service which may upset you. Their customer services is getting degraded each day. before placing an order there is a system of them calling you and letting you know for order payment and blah blah. once your money is deducted and in case there is a delay to your order..man you have to slogg your butt to get a refund or status of your order.its useless to raise a query because all of them give you a generic response but no action been taken actually by anyone to sort the issue.
