<p>Wonder how these folks can be successful with such pathetic service and arrogant attitudes. On 12th of August i placed on order for a Bed which later we realised will be delivered much later than we needed and we had ordered the wrong item (Metal when we wanted wood). So called the call center to cancel the order. “No you cant cancel” “No you will not get a refund” “No I cant escallate” " No we cant resolve this" You have to wait for delivery to cancel. <p>Buying products from pepperfry is like burning your money. My recent purchase from pepperfry was horrible as the study table(spacewood regalo walnut finish table) I ordered was terrible. The company guarantees a 7 day return policy that it never fulfills as a bad quality product cannot be returned. Pepperfry is a fraud company. Never ever buy anything from pepperfry. i purchased copper jug and glasses vide orderno: 304121311. once i start to use this item i found black spots are forming bottom of the glasses and jug. when i contact to pepperfry customer care people told it is not possible to return this product because it was not cover under warranty.i am asking question why u r allowing such items on u r online shop.
i am very sorry to say there is genuine while return the product.

<p>Extremely unhappy with the products ordered on pepperfry. I had ordered one king size bed, one dining table and shoe stand. All three received in damaged state. Would never recommend any one to buy furniture online as there is a very long waiting period and after that product received is defective or not as per specs as seen on website. its better to buy furniture locally by viewing all dimensions, storage capacity in person and quality of wood work whcih can not be justified online. <p>I placed an order for 24 plates on 30th March, I got the delivery on 18th April that is after 20 days. I called pepper fry to help me with the return and the customer service person tells me once sold it cannot be returned. they dont have a return policy unless it is damaged. I ordered wall mounted bed from pepperfry.com. Carpenter from pepperfry did not fix it to wall and asked 500 Rs. Another local Carpenter told me that it can not be wall mounted. When I asked for return, they said it is not broken. Now product is useless for me
