Please do not buy anything from this site if you a fast delivery or you want customer support. This is the worst online site I have come accross. The delivery came after 16 days and that too with defects and when trying to connect with support, the answer was -“ manufacturing defects doesn’t fall under our policy”. Please don’t buy anything

Never every trust Pepperfry. Urban ladder is far better than them. Customer service is worst. They have no idea of what is customer service and just duping people. I wonder what the Founders are doing, waiting for a doom of their company.

<p>I have bought from Pepperfry lounge chairs with offwhite upholstry. I carefully chose the color to match with my interior decor.</p> <p>When the chairs arrived I was extremely surprised to see a different color from photographs shown on the website.</p> <p>I immediately asked for return. The staff of Pepperfry said the product is correct and there is no reason for return. <p>I bought a Queen size bed from Pepperfry. The bed has three wooden planks which make up the base of the bed with some gap in between them.</p> <p>While buying we saw the pictures which showed the gap considerably lesser than what we received. Really disgusting experience with pepperfry.
First time i have ordered and i will make sure people will get to know that third class service is been provided in the name of customer support.
From the last two months i have been struggling for the “Missing part of dining chair” complaint.
And now they are giving me bullshit that Rs.6000 amount for compensation.Really too much.
Kindly replace the whole product.Horrible experience.

Luminarc glasses ordered, and they turned out to be totally fake, and of poor quality. The customer care did not help and kept making false excuses for not returning the product. Never buy anything from Pepperfry. This is my last order ever on this seller.
