<p>Very bad experience. I wish I could give zero star. They are con men in white collar. If you place an order , they they will not cancel it no matter what. You have to wait for the order no matter how long the delivery time is. In my case the delivery time was longer than a month and I wanted to cancel, but I was not allowed to do so. I made my interior woke done by pepperfry, they showed something at their studio and did something which is totally not acceptable they charged 7 lakh for shaky kitchen cupboard and slider wardrobe with 1 inch gap between channels slider. and when I asked them about their bad they told this is what u have choose in our pepperfry studio.

They have NO COST EMI option but we have to pay the INTREST PAID (over 24 months almost 20% of the amount)… Im not judging , i dont know who is fraud the App people or the fraudulent banks (https://www.livemint.com/industry/banking/bank-...)

<p>We have very bad experience with service lady named Sonia. She just cheated with us. She did not tell us all main policies clearly. She just has to sale the product and earn some bonus. 1). First problem is with web site once you order you can not modify the order or cancel the order.
2). Second problem is assembly they easily deliver the order but did not assembled the product.

One of the worst site to buy furniture!!! I Buy a bed and it has manufactured defect, but the pepperfry doesn’t accept my return. I contact their support many times. They are not listening to my issue. They only repeat their policy again and again. Even my bed comes under 7-day easy return policy. I totally lost the trust of pepperfry. <p>They are a fraud company and their support staff is worst. They dont bother to repair or assemble the product post delivery and even returning the product is not possible in case you received a damaged product. Do not purchase from them. I have been suffering from more than 12 days due to buying from this fraud company. Bought 2 pillow cases what they showed on the website and what they delivered are totally different , when I tried to return it they say it’s shown in the website as assorted , expect delivery times of over 15 days and several messages that it will be delivered today then another one will follow saying that it is delayed etc
