<p>We purchased a bed from Pepperfry. This is a total crap product with respect to quality and design. Pepperfry is claiming that it is a bed with storage, But it has no base. So you have to keep all your stuffs on the floor and it is just a cover on top of that. How come a bed with no base can be used as a storage? <p>Seeing all the attractive deals of pepperfry, I went ahead and showed my aunt a study table, worth 7k.<br> She chose one and it was delivered. To her great disappointment, it wasn’t made of wood as written on website but cheap quality board! We complained n asked for replacement/refund but they didn’t give a damn.<br> The installion guy did a lousy job and after 5 days it fall apart! This is the worst return policy I have ever seen in online community… bluntly says no and there is no point reaching the customer care as they simply deny the request saying there company policy if company policy is to loose people trust can’t help it.

<p>I had purchase five different items from Pepperfry amount Rs 1.80 lakh. My order number is 304701984. Out of these five items i have received one item incomplete and in the other one hardware are missing. I had purchased a queen size bed and entire express sad !!! Pathetic quality.. very bad service .. don’t ever try pepper fry .. they are completely unprofessional.. and they can cheat you on the product !!!! Please delete this app !!!!

They have given descriptions as solid wood ( Rubber ) but I could not find the rubber wood in entire cot .. they rejected my request when asked them to take the return .. .. unprofessional guys !!! Don’t buy anything from Pepperfry

Wurst products they delivered with t and c like only returned If the product damage, wtf, it is as simple I don’t like the material and you should return. I personally request not to buy a single product from papperfry.

Such a worst experience i had.. first of all delivered damage piece and forcefully got delivered. Said will replace by end of the day. Next i asked to take back product and asked to refund. Taken a week to take back. After that they haven’t intiated refund. I called multiple times to customer care. Still yet to get refund.
On top it furniture quality is very very worst and delicate. One star is also waste…

Damage piece and reported within 7 working days. However, Stan – the manager was ruthless, unprofessional, rude and had a bad behavior. No courtesy and was impolite. Pepperfry should not keep such people be for work. No one should trust them. They cheat customers and manipulate to gain profit. Don’t buy their products

<p>I have been waiting for a refund of Rs 30000 for a cancelled transaction since last 3 months. They only sent an email confirmation for refund but the actual payment refund never happend.</p> <p>Contacted pepperfry customer care several times, only waiting to hear call being transferred from one unit to other but no action taken.</p> <p>Customer care kept saying that we have refunded already.
