<p>When you get a wrong item after ordering on #swiggy and you raise this on the app, they ask you to take photos of the wrong item and you have to mention the name of the item you had actually ordered. I am assuming that this we are asked to do so because the person who eventually tries to resolve the case will already have the background of it.</p> The guy or chat representative or whatever they are called attends the chat, says, “hi”, then asks me to wait. I place the order on swiggy than i get half order. I complain for that, than there is no rider to pick my order upto after wait upto 45 mintes. Now company say that we will not help for refunds or any type of compensation. This thing happen 2nd time with me. Very poor service of swiggy. The company s not good. I personally suggest please don’t use swiggy.

I hate you swiggy fir this. You made my ill wife hungry. You just blocked my cod bei camcelled one old food stuff . I paid online,kiney deducted from my account but my oreder was cancelled what the hell. Cod blocked online payment done fraudly. What about my ill wife who was hingry you monsters. Where is consumer forum? You must sue on there. I need everything back. My money my food everything.

Swiggy is not guilty for compromising food packaging and quality of it. Very poor customer service and they hardly understand the value of your money and concern. They always provide unsatisfactory resolution to your concern. Also they fail to answer your question and they have parent response like “I am sorry for the service and would pass the feedback to the restaurant”.

I would suggest to go for any other delivery service than swiggy.

Worst service.. amount has been deducted from account for my order. After 30 mins of my order if I check order have not been placed. Always they have server issue and it take 5 working days to refund the money..

<p>I’m a good customer in swiggy. Have ordered for food and was debited the amount twice. When i was enquiring about the money to refund, those customer helping services was worst ever i have seen and not given the proper answer for the Question. They were saying it will take 4-7 working days to refund the amount. I asked them a question saying, How come it was not credited even after 10 working days?! I worked for swiggy for more than 2 months and they are unable to solve even a simple issue of pocketing cash issue and after reaching the hub manager for continuous 7 days the manager kept passing rude comments and instead of providing a solution they suggested me to quit the job. They still owe me 800 rupees. view more
