Okay. Get that GV. And keep 590 (incl GST) as positive balance, so that when oneday they change their mind and start deducting the GV money, you feel less of a pain.
what is CBK offer of ?

Another play by SBI, my cashback for December was around 5k, but I received only 1650 in cashback
Same thing for me. My cashback amount was showing around 1400 on the app. But when the cashback was posted to my account yesterday, it was only 500.
I figured out that this 500 relates to only transactions done on 1-2 Jan before statement date of 3 Jan. It means I haven't got any CB for the transactions I did in Dec.
Guys Any Idea - Will the same thing happen with Gyftr Txn as well ? I have got instant discount from gyftr on purchasing amazon vouchers + 5% cashback.
Will the cashback be reversed ?
Filled the complain with banking ombudsman after I got response for the query for being charged this from sbi.
Flood sbi with complains.. saying we could not have spent without bank discount. It's sbi mistake
I got statement generated for my Ola Money SBI CC 3 days back and they've charged me Rs. 545.
I did a purchase of around 55k but then around 36k - 37k was refunded back since I returned some of the products, even if they're debiting back the 1% cashback I got during the SALE period, they've charged me wrong.
All of this is so messed up.
Did anyone raise a complaint to SBI? I am not able to find any email contact option. Whenever I am clicking on email us it is taking me a logout page.

Request all concerned to raise complain through their app, portal or email and escalate to the topmost officer. Why should a customer suffer for their mistake. All they provide is RPs/vouchers for most cards and now debit cash in return, which is totally unacceptable.

Oh sorry to hear that but this means they are able to track whether amazon gave cashback to amazon pay balance account for the GV purchase

It was done automatically. I also received sms for annual fee reversal.

First will ask for bifurcation of deducted cashback, how much for individual transaction. Then will cross verify them with intimation date, if transaction date is preceding, which I am sure they are, then will lodge complaint with RBI Ombudsman.
If deemed necessary, one can also appeal to Consumer Court after lodging complaint on ConsumerHelpline.
I did ask for bifurcation from sbi customer care. They are shit. Just giving explanation for debit and not giving the transaction list. I have escalated this issue to nodal. Now waiting for the update from them. If no satisfactory answer is given them will again escalate to principal nodal officer. After than RBI is the last hope. They should have provided the transaction bifurcation by default.
SBI has gone mad totally they didnt waived my annual fee for both simplysave and click even after spending the requisite amount for the cycle
Even I see the same shit in my SBI simply click card... I think we all Dimers facing this should unite and someone who is good at drafting skills can help with an email template that we can send to SBI .... so when they receive it they know the real count of customers they can loose ...... how many agree?
I think its the time to settle the dues and close the SBI cashback card as soon as possible, before any further deduction starts
No use. SBI isn't closing accounts (at least for couple of months). RBI might help (due to new guidelines effective from rom July 1,22) in situations like these but then it is still complicated (Unless SBI confirms the line has been closed)

Make it spread, make it spread like fire. Start a constructive online petition for publicity and retweet it until the regulators are well informed about their unethical practices.

OMG.. they took out 500+90 rs and 659 rewards for my flipkart transactions in the offer period.. cheap move by SBI ..
And those were my relatives transactions.. already gave them as discount..
Hope they didn't do it with cashback card.. otherwise it will change all my calculations for discount
