Samsung announces Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3 prices in India, availability & more

Using Fold 2 and loving it. Inner screen is plastic but you get used to it. Coming from FHD screen, loving the AMOLED display. Also, surprisingly, using the front screen way too much, i thought i will never use it, having come from 7.1 inch Huawei MateX but 80% of time, using the front screen.

 Got it for 93k from Amazon during Diwali sale.

When you think of the next era of smartphones, we can only imagine something brilliant. However, Samsung made that happen in India with its first foldable smartphone in 2016. Samsung has revealed its next generation of foldable smartphones in India. From August 24, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 will be available for pre-order in India. On August 11, Samsung announced the Z Fold3 and Z Flip3 at its annual Galaxy Unpacked presentation.

The Korean tech giant improved the durability of the third-generation phones by adding tougher displays and water resistance. Here are all the details you need to pre-book your Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip.

Buyers must visit Samsung's official website or one of the major retailers to reserve the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3. Pre-registration will begin on August 24 and will go through September 9. There are various bank offers you can avail of to get discounts up to Rs 7000, and you can even shop using Samsung coupons and deals.

Samsung will release two versions of the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Z Flip3. Samsung will also announce pricing discounts for the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 soon. During pre-ordering, buyers may acquire the Galaxy Z Fold3 for Rs 1,42,999 and the Galaxy Z Flip3 for Rs 84,999, including discounts. Buyers who pre-book the Galaxy Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G will be eligible for an upgrade voucher worth up to Rs 7,000 or HDFC Bank cashback worth up to 7,000 if they use a credit or debit card.

Customers will also be eligible for a complimentary one-year Samsung Care+ Accidental and Liquid Damage Protection worth Rs 7,999 when they pre-order the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Rs 4,799 when they pre-order the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G. Those who have already pre-ordered a Galaxy Z Fold3 5G or a Galaxy Z Flip3 5G in India will be eligible for all pre-order discounts, as well as a free Galaxy SmartTag.

In India, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be available in two variants: 12GB RAM and 256GB storage or 512GB storage. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has two displays: the main folding inside the display and a secondary display on the outside. The main display is a 7.6-inch QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED panel dubbed the Infinity Flex Display by the company.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 will also come in two variants. This includes models with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and 256GB of storage. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED Display with a resolution of 2640x1080 pixels and 425ppi. There is also a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate here. A tiny secondary display is located on the cover.
