Had a very weird issue with nsdl payments bank. This Friday is the first time I'm transacting on the card. I usually keep all of my cards controls to exactly what I'm going to use them for. Similarly, for nsdl rupay platinum debit card I just enabled E-com usage and kept only the full limit to the online transactions and kept rest limit to 0. But since last night my payments are getting failed continuously. It's just going to the payment page, I'm giving otp but then there is no deduction message or any error message, just in amazon it's showing payment failed. This kept happening today morning as well, I'm losing my mind on what's going wrong. Then I just enabled contactless payment and also gave full limit to offline and ATM, then it succeeded now. 😕
Important update for NSDL Card Holder -
NSDL now charged approx Rs6 per month for SMS Alert fees, transfer your balance Rs406 or more to your NSDL account otherwise your transaction will get failed. Also check your hold balance and available balance before payment.
Canara Bank branch opening: before opening ask them whether they have insta rupay platinum! When I surrender my expiring Syndicate debit card, they gave me insta rupay platinum.

1) SBI Electronic Platinum RuPay Domestic - code: EPR
I think this the Grey coloured RuPay Platinum, but code changed ( I am not sure)
2) SBI CSP RuPay Platinum - code: PRS
I think CSP means Corporate Salary Package accounts.
Other RuPay Platinum debit card codes are - "RPJ" for RuPay JCB Platinum debit card and "IRP" for IndianOIL RuPay Platinum.
Note - whoever wants to apply ask them to stay at branch and go out of branch if they are able to successfully apply, if not branch person will apply whatever they get in hand.
