2) What is the offer period?
April 8th, 2022 to April 29th, 2022 31st March, 2023 (Offer expiry date update on RuPay official website offer page)
3) When will I receive my discount?
Discount will be applied to your transaction instantly, for e.g.: If you are Adding Rs 500 to Amazon Pay balance, you will need to pay only INR 400 (100 rupees discount will be applied on the same transaction).
4) How many times can I avail the offer?
A customer can only avail this offer once per card in a month.

I want to use it for this purpose. I think 652202 is not the correct sequence for Rupay select debit cards.

I was able to load from NSDL but AU rupay can't go through
Except Canara which got debited but shown as declined, all went through.
Canara at the 2nd try add was successful.( but have to follow up if first debit is not reversed in 48 hours)
Digital cards Nsdl, Fincare went through. All others physical cards including Jana were successful.
For me, all banks debit cards worked today. Absolutely no issues with any bank.
You will get auto refund, if money debited and transaction is failed.
Is BOB virtual card free or cost or there are charges per card ?
Also, is there any particular method to generate Virtual Rupay card ?
