2) What is the offer period?
April 8th, 2022 to April 29th, 2022 31st March, 2023 (Offer expiry date update on RuPay official website offer page)
3) When will I receive my discount?
Discount will be applied to your transaction instantly, for e.g.: If you are Adding Rs 500 to Amazon Pay balance, you will need to pay only INR 400 (100 rupees discount will be applied on the same transaction).
4) How many times can I avail the offer?
A customer can only avail this offer once per card in a month.

Thanks for the reply abhishek, i got the card on last week only. Now i closed the card via netbanking. Will they charge any for the closed card
If you dnt activate the card then talk to bank manager, if any fees will debit then reverse and also hotlist your card.
NSDL card transaction is not getting successful for me, is anyone else facing the issue? Have tried around 10 times since 12Am today.. Ecom tx are enabled for card and also tried by removing and re-adding the card @abhishek012

Every month NSDL debit Rs6 SMS alert charges, check your available balance.
Also try Rs1 on paytm wallet, if transaction successful then create a new order on amazon and try.
If paytm wallet load also failed then kyc problem.

Poor Amazon, Amazon dnt have enough server to handle RuPay card customers.
Very few customers have Visa/Mastercard but the entire Indian population have RuPay debit cards.
Main problem is that normal days People dnt use RuPay card much but use visa/mastercards but when any RuPay card offer comes, some merchants or payment gateways can't handle the traffic.
If you visit any lounge acces for example Delhi airport, You will see a long line and everyone has RuPay Platinum debit cards with them. That's why many banks disabled lounge access benefit on RuPay Platinum debit cards because lounge bill is paid by banks and customers are always complaining that RuPay lounge benefit is useless because they are getting transaction declined error. But the truth behind it is something else, Banks dnt have unlimited money to spend on lounge benefit for RuPay customers. Similarly, Amazon doesn't have enough money to spend on payment gateway, that too only for one day.
What do you think @abhishek012 , if they took away lounge access from RuPay Platinum and moved it to RuPay Select, that would be better I guess for banks? Because RuPay Select charges are high so they won't suffer a loss.
I got idbi rupay platinum debit card. It was issued with opening salary account there. It works with amazon offer as well as lounges

Use their "GoMo app" and generate a RuPay Platinum Digital / Virtual Debit Card free of charge.
Note - If you are holding a physical RuPay Debit Card, then you can generate only Digital Visa Debit Card. On the other hand, if you are holding a physical Visa Debit card, then a Digital RuPay Debit Card can be generated. The customers may enjoy all the benefits of RuPay Platinum or VISA Classic Debit Cards respectively.

2023 started reasonably well. 😊
All physical cards( except PNB) + 2 digital (Fincare+NSDL) worked smoothly.
LVB after integrated with DBS disabled existing online permission that was in place. So failed and after enabling in DBS, app worked immediately.
PNB failed first ( no debit sms nor checking in app also showed debit) Tried PNB 2nd time after all the cards (10+) one more time. Same story.(failed with no debit sms)So will check debit in the bank till end of the day and try tonight.
Out of the blue pnb debited 400 yesterday ( must be one of the 2 failed attempts earlier) have to raise a complaint in Amazon soon if not reversed in a day Or 2😗

Again Rupay-Amazon has started throwing tantrums... I have 3 rupay platinum DCs from HDFC Bank.... starting with SAME bin range... 2 are working... 1 is showing as cc!

Delete your saved card and try. Do transaction without save your card.
Note - if you card is not showing means you already purchase 20k amazon gv within 30 days that's why credit card payment is removed from your acc. You can't use for add money also.
Use any other Amazon account and add.

All of my 100+ RuPay Platinum debit cards worked 😂 except JCB which I've hotlisted now from any bank. OK not 100+, just kidding but I meant all bank RuPay cards working fine for many months.

Delete your saved card on Amazon and then try again without save your card.
Amazon may take years to iron out the bugs in tokenization. Better not to save ANY cards and enter them every time. Then the RuPay offer works flawlessly always.

Nsdl user, if txn failed after otp submit then load atleast Rs410 in your acc and also check card ecom activated or not.
Is there any change for the offer to continue in 2024. Shall I consider closing additional rupay debit cards in the month of March 23 so that debit card amc charges don't get deducted in 24.
